US Immigration from Kenya

Hello guys My case is at NVC DQ waiting for interview since Feb/2021 anybody who s recently done interview at Kenya I m a CR1. Thank you for your help.

I'm in the K1 process waiting for interview dates for Nairobi Kenya.

I was denied a visitors visa 2 years ago and I'm nervous because I answered something wrongfully. I was asked if I have relatives in the US to which I answered NO. Truth is I do have a sister in the US . How badly with this affect my K1 embassy interview and how can I fix it? Thanks

I want to visit Cuba this year. I have always wanted to since I took World History in secondary school. I just love history. Planning of visiting E. Europe and the Balkans next year.

I read the 12 guidelines and I think I fit number 5 or 8. Similarly, I have my Kenyan PP that I can use.

2. Official business of the U.S. government, foreign governments, and certain intergovernmental organizations
3. Journalistic activity
4. Professional research and professional meetings
5. Educational activities
6. Religious activities
7. Public performances, clinics, workshops, athletic and other competitions, and exhibitions
8. Support for the Cuban people
9. Humanitarian projects
10. Activities of private foundations or research or educational institutes
11. Exportation, importation, or transmission of information or information materials
12. Certain authorized export transactions

Question: Is it wise to go before my N400 or wait till after N400? I just don't want USCIS drama.

Hi,I got a question.,,,,when I was making my application for visitor visa back then in Kenya I had indicated was married.and yes I got my visitor visa and came to the states.here met my husband now and we are now legally married.I would like to make application for adjustment of status to permanent residence /green card.now my question is since the marriage in Kenya was not legal will it be a must to prove the marriage in Kenya ended.must-have divorce papers from kenya?

Has anyone been in such situation how did you go about it?

I'm hoping someone can help me. This website has been a tremendous resource in my immigration journey (AOS >> green card >> citizenship).

I'm helping my niece fill out her DS-260 form (her dad is a US citizen and the form I-130 was approved). When we were reviewing the form before submitting (review format), we noticed that one of the questions ["Is your mother's address the same as your father's?"] is showing up as unanswered but when we look at the actual online form, the question doesn't appear as an option to respond to.

Has anyone encountered this before? Could it be an issue if the form is submitted with what seems to be an unanswered question?
