US Immigration from Italy

Anyone know how long before a police report expires? My fianc acquired a Nigerian police report back in January when he went to visit but we are still waiting for our application to be approved. He currently resides in Italy.

my husband had his Naturalization test on March 14th. He is 31yo, was not registered to the Selective Service, we called regarding getting a status information letter and we were told than he didn't needed one. To his interview he was told that he instead needed one and only 32yo don't need to provide.

His approval for Citizenship is now pending until a letter is provided and a statement is submitted explaining why he didn't register.

We called again and requested a status letter on march 14 hoping it won't take a month or the application will be denied.

Anyone else went through the same process?

I sent the I-751 with receipt date 11/29/2021, no news yet after the I797c which allowed me to travel recently... anybody in the same situation?

my wife has an O-1 Visa and her company is sponsoring her a new EB-1 Visa (the company lawyer said us that the new Visa will be ready before July 2022). I noticed that this Visa is a an employment-based green card and that if her I-140 petition is approved, his spouse may be eligible to apply for admission to the United States in E-14 immigrant status.

We are living in US and I have an O-3 Visa (as spouse of an O-1 Visa holder) that expires in July 2022.

Do you known how is the process to get a E-14 immigrant status and what does it means? What are the next steps to get a Visa?
If my O-3 Visa expires do I have to leave the US?

My husband finally got DQ last week.
He's Italian (Naples US Consulate), I'm an LPR.

Do you guys know how long it takes for NVC to give him an interview date?
And also, how far out are they giving appointments nowadays?
