Does anyone have a copy of the required immunizations that will be required at the medical exam? I'd like to send my husband to the doctor to get them before the appointment to save money. Thank you!

Hello, I finally received the notice for the interview that is going to be on August 29th. Unfortunately, I already made plans (but not purchased tickets yet) to travel in Europe from August 18th to September 9th to both attend 2 weddings of long-time friends and support my father who has been sick for some time. I am now very struggling to make a decision: - Should I ask to reschedule the interview directly? I am just afriad that it will take months again - I might attend the N400 interview but then I will have to leave the US the day after and come back in mid September. If the Oath Cerimony is schedule during this time, what should I do? Could I reschedue this one in case, even if not for an emergency? Is it true that I can speak with the officer at the interview to communicate a date since I could be able to attend the interview? - If luckily I have the Oath Cerimony the same day, then I am going to have to request the US passport needed to travel outside the country. How long would it take? Any useful info based on your past experences is very gratefull. Will definitely help me understand how to make a better plan.

Hi everyone! I posted on here a few times with some questions and you all were incredibly helpful. I am a dual US/Italian citizen living and working in Italy with my Dutch husband. We have been together 10 years, recently married. Throughout this time I have maintained domicile in the US by voting, paying income taxes, working for US-based employers, maintaining US bank accounts, and maintaining a physical US address which I visit frequently. Since the last time I posted, I actually decided not to take the employment that was offered me in 2022 from Employer A because I was offered a better and remote position from Employer B. I have remained in their employ since 2022. However, my husband and I want to move to the US by August 2025, or at least want to start the process to be moving to the US by then. I would love to know if anyone on this board has done direct consular filing (DCF) in Italy and if so, how the process has gone. I've read a number of threads from others in the past, but am looking for current info. Also, important: would my situation constitute an exception valid for DCF? My employer has opened an office in NYC and my position will no longer be remote. So, I am not accepting a new job, but rather my role with the same company has changed significantly. Would this constitute an exceptional circumstance? My employer is willing to be contacted/provide any sorts of support documents needed. I have sent an e-mail to the competent consulate for advice but they don't answer often. Thank you!
