US Immigration from Indonesia

My husband went back to his country due to an emergency, (which did not rise to the level of USCIS emergency advance parole.) In any case, I wrote a letter to USCIS to withdraw the I485 and the work permit and advanced parole, so that then I can proceed to file for a spousal visa, my question is does anyone know how long USCIS will take to respond, we have checked online our status and still shows in progress. I expedite my case few days ago through EMMA. I typed LIVE AGENTS and then i submit request for expediting my EAD and he gave me service request confirmation number after asking in which ground i want to expedite and i told him that we are going through great financial loss and i got a job offer recently and this can help our household to stay afloat. He told me that USCIS will contact me in 7 days. If i haven't heard anything i can contact them back to follow up.

My question is, after the expedite, i didnt see any changes on my online account or in my app tracker. Is this normal?

Note: My case is through marriage with USC. And i just got biometric last week.

So! I had my interview today. The officer was not friendly and it felt like an interrogation instead of interview. Long story short i got an RFE for medical check up and vaccines because it s already expired. Eventhough i applied my aos within a year of my medical check up in my origin country.
anyone ever got issue like this?
i have to wait on the rfe letter and then got medical and vaccinated and send them the medical they want. And another waiting for the decision

Hi all, I realize it is too late for me to ask this question but I am a few days shy of the six-month mark of the K1-visa (waiting for NOA2) and I am deathly worried that my fiance's application will be denied.

So the situation is, I am from Indonesia but I'm situated in Canada (for studies); so I have an Indonesian citizenship and I am here on a study permit. So everything from future interview and such is going to be done within Canada as opposed to my home country.

Now my question is: is USCIS going to process this, knowing that I, the beneficiary, am not residing in my country of citizenship (Indonesia) during the entirety of the process?

thank you in advance for anyone read and going to reply to my post. Need your help. My aos interview is scheduled for December 14 and in the notice it said i shall bring all the ead ever issued to me. I tried to find my expired one but i cannot find it!
i have the picture and of course the current ead that is still active. Will it be a problem? Thank you!
