US Immigration from Indonesia

I got an rfe for i693 after interview. Long story short after called so many doctors around NorCal i finally found one that could schedule me as quickly as possible. Yesterday I signed and got the sealed envelope for uscis and the copy for me. When i reviewed it I notice that they did not fill out my name and A number on the top of each page . They mentioned it would be ok but I was freaking out because the officer was terrible and felt like he would do anything to see my mistake and deny me.
anyone has the same issue with the name on the i693 that was not filled out (only the first page the information about me )

Hi everyone, we filed I-130 petition paper-based but after receiving NOA1, we received instructions about how to create an online account. I noticed that the uploaded file under the documents section is not even a full application. Its only one page (a receipt of the hotel we spent together) with a format of .tif

Is this normal? should I be worried our application files may be missing and probably the reason why our Actively review status hasn t changed since 17 days ago?

How long has it been taking to receive the original documents back from the DOS after the passport has been issued? It s taking awhile and we are a little worried that the naturalization cert is floating around or lost.

Got pretty happy for a while seeing an email about an updated estimate, but I opened the link and it's not even my timeline! has this happened to anyone else?

We were married in the US in July but my husband had to return to his country before his AOS, Work Permint or advanced parole was approved. I am filing taxes now as married however, he does not have a social security nor an ITIN. If I file married filing separate the IRS requires to submit the name, birthdate and social of the other spouse, which he does not have and if I file single, then that is lying on my tax return which is tax fraud and further more will show in my IRS expedient as single when I am actually married. What to do, I see no other choice but to file married and enter no SSN and write a letter.
