I'm an Indonesian who holds an Indonesian passport and a US green card. We have plans to go to Japan sometime end of this year.

Do I need to apply for a visa to enter Japan?

Hello, my fianc filled I-129F and all supporting docs for our K1 visa on Oct 18th, 2024 and we got RFE after 6 months waiting on April 18th, 2025.

The RFE told that my fianc left some questions blank that didn't applicable to us. One of our big concerns about Criminal Records. He did DUI and Hit & Run case and got fine below USD 500 (Page 9, Part 3, Questions No. 4.a). My questions are:
1. Should we answer in RFE Letter questions since they try to explain to us about incomplete answers and it is written with a YES or NO?

2. Should we submit the proof of DUI and Hit & Run case fined below USD 500?

We really need answers about these.

I wanna ask question, my husband and I want to apply spousal visa I-130 and adjustment status, and my question is, can we submit sponsor or co sponsor paperworks few months after we file I-130, work permit, and adjustament status? Or when are we supposed to file that sponsor paperwork?

hi, i have a couple of questions

1. my greencard (of 2years) that i got after adjusting from K1 visa is going to expire april of next year

im going to be traveling this december back to my home town for 2 weeks.

will i have problems coming back to the states ?

2. what form do i have to file for extension of greencard? and where do i send it to? and do i have to include any proof of marriage. is there a format or an example for this?

My Fiance had a Class B1 TB category on her k1 visa. She had to do additional sputum test and wait for 2 months in her home country for TB that ended up coming back with a negative result. We entered the US no issue and now we are about to submit our AOS. We have been in our home state for about 2 months now, and never received anything from the state health department. I've seen some posts where health departments have reached out and others have not. Anything we should be worried about as far as proceeding to AOS? Should we contact the health department?
