I live in a country where getting your legal first name changed isn't a simple process, you have to hand in a legal name change form, get it denied and then go to court and wait a few years and then the court may give you your legal name change. I have applied for a legal name change 2 years ago and it's still in the court phase and there's no knowing when the legal name change will happen. My fiance and I have submitted the K1 visa form a few months ago.

My question is: What happens if my legal name changes

a) before the embassy interview?

b) after receiving the fiancee visa but before entering the States with the visa?

I am documentarily qualified but still stating that a missing document and the document is there. Should I ignore it because I am documentarily qualified or to upload it again. If someone with the same experience or know how to fix it please help. I sent the screenshots you can look at it. Need help!

I am documentarily qualified with IR1 in this November and I want study at USA when I go there, since 2019 that was my plan but things are very slow waiting waiting and time is going it's been 2 years now. My question is can I apply for student visa and I am already documentarily qualified. But to receive and interview letter that may take another year from now, if i study that will save time. Your advice please.

Sponsor makes well over the poverty limit (around $38,000). Have tax returns for the past 3 years showing a higher amount than the limit as well. Planning to include those, 2020 W2 forms, paystubs for the past 6 months. Is that enough or should we include an employment letter stating the salary as well?
