US Immigration from Haiti

Good afternoon

My husband has family (a sister) in Haiti and just heard that Biden has extended the Venezuelan advanced parole/asylum to Haiti allowing 30,000 migrants into the US monthly. Does anyone know how to apply for this? Does the US citizen apply or does the family member wishing to come to the US apply? Does anybody have any information on this topic? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not seen a thread for July 2022 for filing for a parent and have decided to start one.

My wife became a US citizen on June 23, 2022 and filed I-130 for her mother on July 7, 2022. On July 15, 2022, the status changed to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS.

My fianc wants me to request for him with the new I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support hes in Haiti, I have submitted the K1Visa about 5 months ago. I told him there's no need to do such . I dont knwo alot about the new program. Please advise anyone thank you in advance

Hey, my husband is CR-1 visa category awaiting interview at Port Au Prince embassy. We filed in July 2020 and were DQ in March 2021. Haven t heard anything since August about which priority dates are currently interviewing at our embassy. Does anyone have any clue at all which DQ dates have been interviewed recently??

Is the filing fee still the same for people adjusting status with military credentials? Spouse is adjusting status through marriage to a military veteran. Is I-485 still $1,225 and I-130 & $535?
