US Immigration from Haiti

Hello!
My Stepkids, which I petitioned for, had their interview yesterday, and it went well. However, they received a 221G slip with missing Tax Transcript/pictures. The CO kept their passport . My husband submitted the transcript the same day, right after the interview, to the CEAC portal. However, we do not have any pictures as it destroyed them during the earthquake. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What do i do? Is it a good sign they kept the passports? Thank you!

I am not sure if there is a glitch and if there is a work around to this.

I would think that I can leave blank for the "TO" portion of current address and current employment.

It seems that I have to put the date that I am filling out the form online. That makes no sense.

I tried to leave it blank and go to next section but it still leaves the last date I put in. If I leave blank and try to save, I get an error message that says I have to put in a date.

Any way to to fix this problem?

My husband applied for AOS for his mother in June 2021. She entered from Haiti with inspection and overstayed by 10 years. She finally got her EAD/AP combo card today. I-485 is still pending with no interview date scheduled yet.

Do you think she would be safe to visit Haiti using AP? Or is it too risky because of her overstay? Would the possibility of a ten year reentry ban really be left up to the discretion of the CBP officer?

I am in the process of filing I-130 for my wife's mother. The application also has a section for siblings.

Can my wife also file for her siblings on one petition and is it just one fee of $535?

I do realize that petitioning for a parent takes less time than it takes for filing for a sibling.

What picture will be on the Naturalization Certificate?

Will the picture be taken after the Oath Ceremony or is it the one taken from the Biometrics?
