US Immigration from Ghana

Hi guys. I just want to share my experience with y all. I filed Form I-130 on 12/21/2020. online says Nebraska but Uscis agent said California. Whiles noa1 from Texas. I was sad when I heard my case is at California since their processing time was 19 months.
I got approve 4/14/2021 from California

I filed I-130 for my mom about 6 months ago and I got the acceptance receipt in about a week. But since then I haven't heard anything. I keep tracking it online and I get the same info that was on the acceptance receipt.

I would like to know how long the process takes and at what point do they require one to get a DNA test?

Uscis representative told me the case is with CA.

since day one when I filed.
Moreover, no transferred letter is received

Is Ghana embassy ever going to open? Any idea on when they will be resuming on K1 visa? TIA

I have received my approval from USCIS. I gave NVC a call and they said Ghana is not processing K1 visas at this time. How true is this and does anyone know when they will start processing?
