My partner and I were DQ'd on May 19th, 2020. I've heard that Ghana is still rescheduling cancelled interviews from March/April 2020, so I assume we're still a few months out from an interview (which just plain sucks).

Since we were DQ'd on financials and information from almost a year ago, is there precedent for being asked to resubmit forms, or should he just show up to the interview with up-to-date tax returns, my paystubs/work contract and such? Anyone in a similar boat with insight?

I would be prepared at the interview with current financials. It is my understanding that at time of visa issuance they need to be sure of financial requirements being met.  Is there a way to email the embassy and ask?

Hello, I am in a similar waiting situation. We were Dq'd at the end of February 2020 an where told before the pandemic , an appt was to be scheduled and to wait... of course  a few weeks later Covid hit and we have just been waiting since then. Hopefully this month will be the month, I have seen some people that where interviewed in March and April 2021 and they where Dq'd just a couple of weeks before us, so hopefully we will start to see some progress.

From the research I've seen here from couples that have interviewed in Ghana, they have not said any documentation was asked for, they asked the normal questions, it only took a few min and all of there visa's where approved. Unless there is something missing, no one has said anything about giving any documents or updating documents.

If less than a year  before your second interview/appointment no additional documents will be required. Anything after a year be prepared to submit updated documentation:

Police Report

Medical

Financials (W2 and tax  returns and transcripts)

You should also receive an email from Ghana Consulate on what is required for the interview/appointment
