USCIS just approved my I-130 after 9 months. I want to know how long it takes to hear from NVC and what documents does NVC require? I filed for my Mom and I learnt I will need my tax transcript and my mom's police report from her home country. But I'm not very sure. I want to start gathering the paperwork as soon as possible so any information will be appreciated.

Please any FB 1 visa applicant here who has already gone for his or her interview.

Please what are some of the likely questions

My dad filed a Petition under FB1 visa( unmarried son or daughter of us citizen)I didn t have a child then . But now I have a daughter and I m still not married so I want to add my daughter on CEAC as a derivative to travel with me.

when I add her on CEAC please how long will it take NVC to approve for my daughter name to show so I can pay her fees and upload documents

Hi Guys.

This month made it 10 months since I filed my n400 without receiving any interview notice yet. I received on NOA and biometric reuse letter. I am planning on calling USCIS to ask them why I haven't receive interview notice.

My question is, should I call them or just still wait? My service center is California.

It sounds normal. Your local office will schedule your interview at some point. "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" does not mean there is an immediate slot available.

To talk to a human at USCIS, ask for "technical assistance" at each prompt. It will connect you to a real person.

@ lucky cat help NVC rejected one of my documents last month on the 27th and I did resubmit it on the 28th how long do I have to wait please
