US Immigration from Ghana

Hey Guys.I have a friend who s 2 year green card is about to expire.

He wants to file online and get his 10year greencard.He filed for i-90 for his 10 year green card.Was he right or wrong?

We are both having doubts.Please help.Thanks.

Hello guys I need a clarification please.So I am a US citizen and I want to file for my little sister who is 15 years old.Is there any chance it wont take long since she is not above 18?
or it will still take 5-10 years like it is for every sibling regardless the age?

Hi y all. Just out of curiosity, how long does it take to be scheduled for oath ceremony? I had my citizenship interview in Duluth MN due to my pend i751 I was approved and put in line for oath on june 10. Anybody else been waiting to be scheduled? Thank you!

Hi guys

I went for an interview on June 8. I was was slapped with 221g. The documents were submitted and status changed from refused to ready on June 10. On June 29 the status changed from ready to Administrative processing. Today July 1 the status has changed back to Ready.

Please can someone explain this to me?

Hello, greetings. I'm asking this for a friend. He is currently in Ghana awaiting K1 interview, case was approved and at NVC. Unfortunately his fianc died in the US. He is confuse about what to do next. Can the house please help him with some information? Thanks
