Stuck in "quality review" after interview. What should I expect?

I had my N-400 interview last week in the Honolulu office.

Things went well until the end when the officer couldn't load up my photo. I had received a letter that my biometrics from the previous year would be used and my fingerprints were fine, but no photo.

She said it wasn't a big deal, I had my photo retaken right after the interview and she said I'd be approved as soon as the photo was added to my file.

Alas, my online status changed the next day, but not to "approved", it states my case was recommended for approval and is now in "quality review".

From reading here, this seems to not be totally out of the ordinary but timeframes seem to vary wildly.

I am a bit antsy because I need this approval asap for my husbands job offer, that requires me to be a US citizen as well.

If your case was put under quality review, how long did it take to get resolved and your application was approved?

Dear xxxxxxxxx

Thank you for your inquiry dated March 17, 2022.

Requesting information about your N-400, Application for Naturalization.

Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office. You must take the Interview Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment. Please review the Interview Appointment Notice for any other requirements.

Once you have been scheduled, you may view and print a copy of your Interview Appointment Notice within your USCIS online filing system account. After you log in to your USCIS online filing system account, access the Home Tab to find the "Documents" field to view or print your official appointment notice from USCIS.

After 3 service request (90 Days) this is the email i got from USCIS TODAY. According to what i was today January 2022, i have been on the system for interview since April 2021.How can anyone explain the processing times which says USCIS is working on October 2020 and there is no interview slot for September 2020 . Field office Baltimore Maryland. Anyone with same experience?

DCF with Frankfurt

Received and email from Frankfurt for the I-130 Approval. And then I got another email with links and todo list that isn't really to informative.

In there was a link for the DS260 which we are pretty much already done. However, I thought before I could do a DS260, I would have to pay a FEE. But the FEE portion just says N/A.

With that said, I thought I would not be able to do the DS260 until I did my I-864 and pay the fee.

Anyhow, I have all completed the I-864.

Also, the email says to mail in original + copy of thinks like marriage license, passport pictures, birth certificates and so fourth.

But it does not say where to mail the forms exactly.

Anyhow, anyone gone through Frankfurt and noes the path, I would appreciate some guidance.

Approval pending after interview

I had my interview on Tuesday and I m a bit upset, to be honest.

Everything went well overall, I passed the testing portion, we documented my intended name change, went through the entire application.

Towards the end, the officer suddenly told me that I didn t have a current photo on file,

mind you, I had done biometrics last year for my greencard renewal and had the letter stating that I didn t need biometrics done.

She agreed, but nevertheless, no photo.

She told me to go get that done right after we were done, she d then recommend my file for approval and we could schedule the oath ceremony then.

I asked how long she thinks this may take and she said 3-6 months!

Like, whaaat???

We are moving out of state (and possible overseas) over the summer, so I ll also need my passport asap.
she told me to wait for a letter that says I m approved and to then email them and they ll schedule me asap.

It just so happens that my husband (retiring out of the military next month) got a job offer overseas and they want him to start asap.

Now I wonder how long I should wait or if I should just email soon and ask to help me out with the scheduling.

I don t understand what would take that long, uploading that photo or the name change?
Typically, their office does oath ceremony the same day as interview.
What do you guys think?
