A friend of mine was petition last year for her mon, her mon is permanent resident.

my friend got married on april , and her husband will petition her.

the question is: does her mon need withdrawal her petition before her husband submit a new petition?

or she can submit the new petition without withdrawal her mon petition?

My question is does your congressman reaching out to uscis really help at all? Will I probably get my approval before they get a response?

Hello everyone. I know that my husband will need vaccinations before immigrating here to the United States. He does not have any of those vaccines at the moment. My question is once he has his medical exam appointment will they give him the required vaccines while at the exam or does he need to get them before his exam?

My husbands case has been refused since April 2021, and was giving a 221g because they needed more evidence of our marriage. We been married since 2018 we sent pictures, passport stamps, money transfers that we have sent each other, and bank statements in our name. It's been 8 months already and nothing. We have escalated the case and called the embassy and nothing changes. They case has updated like 5 times, but still on refused, and everything they answer anything through traveldocs is the same generic message please wait 180 days. It's been more than that and still nothing we don't know what else to do. Any one has gone through this?
