US Immigration from Colombia

Hello. Im new to this. Filed I-130 feb. 8,2022 and got NOA feb. 14,2022. Hubby lives in Colombia. Few questions:

1. How is the Nebraska Processing Center coming along in processing applications even though there is a timeline on USCIS website?

2. In getting documents for DS-260, does anyone know if the original documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce etc..) have an age of expiration in which documents can't be certified or original more than 3 or 6 months old from date prior to interview?

Make a long story short i had submitted a I129F and it got approved and was making its way towards the embassy. My relationship with that person ended so i sent a letter to the USCIS requesting to cancel petition due to relationship ending and it was confirmed canceled.

fast forward couple of months started a new relationship with someone i have actually known for years. Freindship has turned into a romantic relationship and this time i feel it can work and would like to submit a new I129F.

My question is my previous petition was never denied, do i have to wait before submitting again or can i full send and resubmit a new petition for my new relationship?

So I'm a bit curious about what could be happening.

We filed the I-129F back in April, our NOA1 is dated April 6th. We even received the official notice by mail, which would suggest everything is going as usual.

However, my fiancee tells me that the check hasn't been cashed even though it's been over a month and the process tells me that our application would've been rejected if the check was incorrect.

Has anyone been in the same situation? Should we be worried?

My fiance and 2 year old son are approved and have K1 visa in hand. She is thinking of coming for a month without him, leaving him with her mother, so she can adjust. I know that the K2 visa is good for a year but when will she be able to travel back to Colombia to get him and return to the US. Obviously I assume we have to marry before she could travel to Colombia and come back with him but can she travel before getting the green card if only to go and get her son?

My Visajourney timeline showed in April that approval was imminent any day. Now VJ says July 22. I wonder what happened? Nothing new in my account.
