US Immigration from Colombia

I am very concern due to I filled out I 864 and I 864A last year before the form were update. I got a new job as well this year , my mom is having the IR5 appt tomorrow , do we need a new I 864 and I 86

4A? I have done couple of things, but not sure if right.

Good morning, my mom got here at the end of february and she would like to go to visit Colombia for the summer. We haven't gotten her greencard yet. Still waiting for it. Can she go with the stamp in her passport? Or she needs the greencard? If she does how many days can she be out of the country? She is in the two year green card. Thanks in advance.

My mother is petitioning my brother and I was added as a joint sponsor at the time we submitted the affidavit. since then, her income increased and so did mine. Do i need to update the affidavit or do I just submit new evidence of income for both. ( she has received an interview date for my brother)

My gal is Colombian and we ve been together nearly continually for 2 1/2 years. Traveled during pandemic. She s studied here as a university student (left and returned and currently here. We met before she ever came here. Finishes this summer). We are planning on getting married but she and I are both unsure how much time we want to be in the US. Bottom line just want to be together. She has a tourist visa interview (sorry. The actual visa numbers confuse me) in Colombia in August. She also is in the last throes of getting her Portuguese passport from having a Sephardic Jew in her family.
The problem that confuses me (we ve spoken to two lawyers) is that her parents are getting older and she wants to visit them every six months or so. If she gets the tourist visa, can we file for green card in Colombia and can she come here for 90 day intervals and be with me if she doesn t work? What s the difference with a Portuguese passport. What are the limits? Can she come and go with either? We are trying to plan our lives past 90 days for first time in 2 plus years. Thanks!

I live part time in Colombia, with my wife. My brother is a permanent resident, of the USA for the last 57 years. Last month he came to visit us in Colombia. He told me he has a return ticket for the USA. (He has the onset of Alzheimer's) I then ask him, if he has his green card, he told me no, I then ask him how he expects to get back to the USA. I called his friend, and ask him to look for my Brothers green card in his apartment, he send me a copy, the green card has been expired the last 15 years. Can I file ESTA for him, he is a German citizen, with valid German Passport. Or what are his options to get him back to the USA. Thanks.
