US Immigration from Colombia

I filed for ROC 25 months ago (December 2020- joint). Unfortunately, I was assigned the Potomac Service Center (YSC) and estimated processing time for 80% of the cases is at 26.5 (Keeps increasing every month). I am eligible for naturalization now; however, I don't know if at this point is just better to wait for the ROC to be approved or if applying for N-400 can actually speed up the process. I have been tracking about 3,000 cases before my number in YSC and I do not see a lot of movement. My local office is Louisville, KY and estimated processing time for N-400 is 11.5 months.

If I apply for naturalization, can it be that I have to wait the full 11.5 months of N-400 to get a combo interview? Is it like restarting the I-751 process again?

Am I reading the civil documents required correctly when they state the petitioner need to include a certified marriage certificate? Or does this just pertain to the immigrante? Why would you need the marriage certificate if you have a divorce decree and certificate?

My wife's AoS from K1 to conditional permanent resident was approved.

On the same day we got her letter and physical green card we got the approval letter for her 11yo K2 son that his AoS was approved. But no card for him.

They would like to travel back to Colombia to visit family.

Does he get a separate card? Does he just travel on his Colombian passport and his I797 AoS approval letter along with his mother?

Do you need to include a divorce document to the NVC? It was already included in the I 130.

Yes I did sponsor another person 18 years ago. I have no idea if she is a lawful permanent resident or if she is an illegal as the question on Part 5 question 6 asks. She abandoned me within a month. i have no contact or information as to where she lives. I am not sure how to answer because I have no knowledge of her immigration status. Should I answer no? thanks
