US Immigration from Colombia

My fiance will have the interview this week, and I have a question. I am divorced and we need to present termination of marriage, which I scanned and my fiance printed a copy. However, checking the packet with instructions it states it must be a certified photocopy. Will this become a problem on the day of the interview.

Sorry.... I don`t see any threads for Cubans adjusting Status.... I am trying to help a friend filed for I485, but his status and condition is different from my husband..... My husband was a K1.... does anyone know what is required document wise? he received food stamp for a few months but that was it.... what documents should we attach to his form? thank you all

So we were approved last week and received an email this morning instructing us to make an appointment to pick up the visa. After making the appointment the email received says something about doing fingerprints and bringing DS 160 form. Obviously this is incorrect but I m not sure what s going on. Has anyone had a similar issue? This is the Bogot embassy

My Colombian wife (2 Year green card holder, waiting on the 10 year) needs to renew her Colombian passport. Should she renew in maiden name (name currently on the passport) or married name? Couldn't figure which forum this should go in! Hopefully will find its way to someone who knows what should be best. Thanks.
