Does anyone know what happened to that website (candleforlove.com)? It's a Chinese/American immigration website - anyone know if it is gone for good?

Hi guys! I am thrilled that my husband's ROC interview has been scheduled! (We were K-1, and they didn't interview us for AOS). His English is pretty good, but we want to take no chances, especially since we're figuring they will probably split us up for the interview to question us separately, so I won't be able to explain questions to him. So, we're planning to hire an interpreter. I guess this is a new thing because of COVID, but the interview invitation letter now says that if you're not fluent in English, you should arrange a phone interpreter (I guess it used to say you should bring an interpreter in person). So, my question is, can anybody share their experience with using a phone interpreter for their interview? Did you use a bilingual friend or did you hire a professional? Did you have to have the interpreter sitting on hold with you while you were in the waiting room the whole time (which could rack up quite a bill for a professional--I saw one company that charges $4 per minute!), or did they give you a moment to call your interpreter once the interview was about to begin? If you did hire a professional, any recommendation on which company to go with? Any details of the experience that you could share would be great. I like to know exactly what to expect!

Is there a published figure on how many I-751s % receive an interview? My wife and I are coming up on filing Jan 2021. We have a kid together and also live with my stepdaughter/wife's daughter (she came on a CR visa after my wife adjusted), own a house and two cars together, all banking/finance/insurance in co-mingled, and had no issues at our AOS interview (adjusting from B2 visa). Just curious how long its also taking now. Thanks!

My Chinese wife's mother just died so my wife is trying to get her father to come to America for the next few months in order to look after him during this difficult time (my wife is an a green card holder). As I understand, American visa offices in Beijing are currently closed due to the virus but do you know if there are any exceptions for emergencies? I ask because I assume this isn't just China specific - I assume that many American visa offices across many different countries are closed at the moment so am thinking the might be something people have experience with. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hello VJ community, I heard that K1 is processing right now and had a couple question. I am a bit confuse by the wording and doesn t seem like it posted anywhere so I have to know just so I can plan ahead. For example, assume everything is approve for K1 and she arrives in USA where I setup a date already in court for us to get married that day or a few day. I fill all this: Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status - I-864 (Affidavit of Support)
- I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record);
- I-131 (Application for Travel Document).
If the K1 visa only last 90 days what happen during this time to my fianc /wife? I didn t see any explaination on this? Does she just stay with me? Does she have to go back to her home country? Also another question even if the K1 is approve do they allow some to travel from China to USA with a K1 during this time? I hope by then travel restrictions would be lift. Thanks All!
