My friend (he's a USC) and his wife (originally came from Vietnam on K-1) filed I-751 this August, just got a case update that 'New card is being produced' on September 22. Just one month wait time? Is it normal?

Are I-131 and I-765 new fees waived when filing with I-485

I see the new fees but have not yet seen anything published that would clarify whether new I-485 filings qualify for EAD and AP fees to be waived when filed together. Have you?

China allows entry of foreigners with valid resident permits!!!

I m so happy my fianc can come and get married to me and we can be out of this K visa/travel ban limbo!!! So grateful that the company he worked for got him the resident permit haha! I ll call the local department tomorrow to make sure, but I m pretty that s what it means: resident permits are valid again and people can enter starting from sep.28!!!
