US Immigration from China

My wife recently got her interview date from USCIS, scheduled a month from now. Currently, we are scrambling to put together all the evidence for the interview as we did not expect that it would happen so soon. We are have been reading personal and lawyer articles are think have a gist of what is needed. However, it seems like we may not be able to provide everything USCIS wants.

Here is what we do have:

• Wife listed as beneficiary to retirement and investing accounts
• Wife added to auto and renters insurance
• Wife added to utility bill
• Pictures from our travels, time together, & wedding
• Joint Health and Life Insurance

What we don't have

• Joint Bank account - My bank keep rejecting her W-8BEN. Nobody we talk to seems to know why and how to properly fill one out
• Both names on lease - I asked my manager to add my wife to the lease months ago and she sent it to the corporate office but it has yet to be returned. I dropped the ball on that by not keeping up
• Both names on title of car - The car is still being paid off and the contract cannot be modified to add any additional names

I am getting kind of worried that our marriage does not have sufficient evidence to present to the USCIS agent during the interview. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should/could do to prepare? I am scared because we have waited so long for this opportunity and don't want to screw it up. I would appreciate any and all advice.

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the form I-864.

So I decide to include my last years income added to my wife's. She is the sponsor (US citizen) and I'm the only intending immigrant (no children or parents listed).

My understanding is that I do not need to file the form I-864a, but still wanna check see if you guys have a similar situation, and how it was done.

The DS-260 requires that you list your spouses children and then asks if they are going to immigrate or at a later date. I want to select no and if they decide to immigrate at a later date they can. My wife is thinking if I say no that they will never be able to immigrate. She wants me to select at a later date. I don't want to possibly give the interviewer a reason to say no to my wife immigrating. What do the Visa Journey experts say?

Hi, I have a question regarding Part 8, question# 25, 26.

I had one speeding ticket about $250 fine, and two red light camera tickets in the last 5 years. They're all light traffic violation and didn't bring to the court, and has been paid off within a week.

Do I have to answer yes on both questions?

Help friends! My boyfriend (American) and I just started to filing for I-129f. When I am filling out "Your Beneficiary's Physical Address Abroad" section, for No.48 Daytime telephone number, I found that my telephone number has 11 digits while the section only allows me to type in 10 digits( American cell-phone format).

What should I do with that section? should I leave my boyfriend's American number?
