My service center says Nebreska on the receipt. I just asked Emma on USCIS online chat. I was told now it's in vermont

Is it normal? I didn't get any letter telling me service center is changed to vermont either

Ideal Third Countries for COVID Vaccination for New US Rules

Does anyone have suggestions for countries that:

1. Allow entry without COVID vaccination (ideally minimal quarantine requirements, covid test is okay)

2. Allow tourists to get vaccinated with world health organization approved vaccine (must be able to choose who approved or only have who approved available)

3. Doesn't have difficult visa requirements or ideally allows tourist entry with a valid US visa.

4. Has an international airport with reasonably easy air access. (not an island with mostly cessna flights originating from the US)

Trying to find good solutions for those vaccinated or in countries with Sputnik or non WHO approved Chinese vaccines or others who cannot get vaccinated, but have USA visa.

K1 Air Travel Entry when approved COVID Vaccine Not Available

Since the COVID air travel restrictions start today, can someone with K1 visa and an I-693 medical exam that waived them getting the visa because they got non-approved vaccines (Russia, China, etc.) answer whether they were able to fly into the United States successfully with their K1 visa and I-693?

It's not clear whether the K-1 visa holders will be treated as "immigrants" and be allowed to use an I-693 that waives the requirements to travel to the USA or whether K-1 visas will be subject to the vaccine requirement, because it is not an immigrant visa.

Chinese foreign assets (I-864)

Hey guys

I have a question regarding the green card process. I am a US citizen and my wife is a Chinese national. We have both been living and working here in China for the past few years. All of our income has been saved in my wife's bank account in China.
I don't meet the income requirements on form I-864, as I don't make US dollars. We would have to show assets instead. I've read online that it might look suspicious if the applicant sends money to the sponsor, as it may look like the applicant is trying to "buy" their green card.
We have a baby on the way and have been together for six years. I am trying to avoid going back to America alone to show USD income.
My question is, will funds transferred from my wife's account in China to my US bank account cause any problems and risk our application being denied?
Thank you so much for your help in advance. Your advice is greatly appreciated!
