US Immigration from China

What would be the best way for me to delay the visa interview from being scheduled? We want to get it transferred to a different country (different from her home country of China), but we don't have permission from any country's embassy yet.

Our I-130 was approved and we were asked to submit a bunch of stuff to the the NVC as the next step. Should we just not submit the documents until we have a residence permit in another country so we can get it transferred there? Or is there a better way to delay it after we submit everything to the NVC? We are probably 2-3 months away from a residence permit in Albania if all goes well.

There is no way for me to enter China with the current covid19 rules so we are trying to avoid being apart for the 3 or 4 quarantines she will have to do there. We tried asking a few embassies if we could interview as a non-resident and they all said various forms of no.

You guys are amazing and now we are in need of your advice once more. We are in the midst of of our removing the condition of my partner s green card. Basically, we have submitted our completed our removing condition application and now we are just waiting.

The problem is that my partner s passport for her home country has expired and she needs to renew her passport for her native country. How can we renew her passport for her native country? (Her native country is China)

My husband is a US citizen. Last Nov, he filed I-130 for CR1&CR2 visas for me and my daughter (his step-daughter) . Three days after the submissions, my father in law in the US got a receipt from USCIS and it states our cases were assigned to National Benefits Center. It has been 3 months. We haven't heard of anything new. I also checked "Case Status Online" in the USCIS web, nothing has been changed since then. I would like to know where my case is currently at because I heard the service center often get changed. I tried to ask Emma online, but she never tells me. Any idea how to check the location of your case? Appreciate your help!

I filled ROC package in December, 2021 and got assigned to LIN! and they misspelled my last name on the I-797, notice of action, I recevied! The biometric form had the same mistake. I had my fingers taken though. I tried to ask the guy at the local office who took my fingers to change the error. He said it is systematic and I have to go through USCIS to change. I am 1000 % percent the mistake is by their side since I have kept a copy of my apllication. I filed a typo error report. It has been two months! Nothing has made change about my name on my I-797! so frustrated! I am worried my 10 year green card will come with wrong last name..... Any one in my situation? Please leave a comment if so! I am at the I-864 process and am creating the portfolio of Original Documents to send to my wife. The CEAC says to send Original Documents while people on this site are saying Civil Documents. Same thing?

Secondly I read where one needs to send an original birth certificate of the joint sponsor. A copy of her American Passport isn't good enough? I don't see where the NVC is asking for joint sponsor's birth certificate.
