I can't find a November 2022 Filers thread, so I guess I'll create one! I thought I was going to be an October 2022 filer as Oct. 31 was the day we became eligible to file, but needed an extra day to put my package in order, so ended up filing November 1st. I'm a bit confused which Service Center to select in my Visa Journey timeline under the Removing Conditions section. The choices are: California Service Center National Benefits Center (MSC) Nebraska Service Center Potomac Service Center Texas Service Center Vermont Service Center I live in California, but the USCIS instructions told me to mail my package to the Phoenix, Arizona lockbox. Which Service Center is the Phoenix, Arizona lockbox associated with?

Can anyone share their recent timeline for filing N400 while I751 is pending? FO is San Francisco. Getting a little anxious seeing N400 from others later than me already finished their journey.

Hi there, Hoping someone can shed some light on our situation here. My wife (Chinese) and I (US citizen) - married 5 years, living in China. My wife and I first received notice of her IR-1 interview back in July 2020, however, due to covid travel restrictions (not being able to fly back to China easily to visit family - due to ticket costs and China no longer issuing tourist visas), we decided to postpone it until this year. We ve updated the IV unit each year to keep the case valid. When we contacted them a few months ago to schedule the interview, we were sent the Immigrant Visa Instructions letter and were directed to schedule the interview ourselves. We re planning to schedule the interview in Guangzhou sometime next month, but when checking all the forms submitted I noticed her DS-260 says it will expire on 10/31 - is this something that needs to be re-opened and re-submitted before the interview? A few items in the form have changed: our mailing/permanent address in the US, as well as her travel history - she s visited the US with me a few times since starting the visa process. Also, the Police Certificate expired. We now have a new valid and notarized one - should we upload this or simply bring it to the interview? Thanks so much.

Hello! My I-751 case was updated from ready to be scheduled for an interview to fingerprints taken today (October 17, 2022, Pacific Standard Time around 6PM). Does this mean I would need to wait for another 6-12 months for an interview? (I filed my I-751 on December 16, 2020. My case had been ready for an interview since December 15, 2021. I did not get any update after December 15, 2021 until today). Thank you!

All, has anyone encountered the need to a sputum test for suspected TB? I know this is common in the Philippines. We recently encountered it for my MIL when she went for her physical for her IR5. They took the samples and results are due any day (they say 8 weeks even though the test only takes 6 weeks). From what we have heard it seems like this has been happing quite a bit with the physicals in guangzhou lately. Mostly we are looking to try to figure out how long it will take for them to reschedule her interview once she has been cleared (assuming the test comes back negative [no TB]). I m hoping it will only take a couple of weeks to get the new interview since she would hopefully just still be using the original physical. And I m guessing the actual interview date would be about 1 month out once we get it. So maybe late Nov or early Dec. But does anyone have any recent experience with this through guangzhou?
