My wife has her Naturalization Oath Ceremony scheduled in a few weeks. My parents and sister would love to attend (as well as myself, son, and daughter). I've talked to USCIS twice, trying to find out whether guests will be permitted, and received two different answers. The USCIS website says that only the candidate will be permitted the ceremony, but I suspect this differs by venue. Does anyone know whether ceremonies at Cabrillo National Monument are typically conducted indoors, or outside? Can family come? Is there a way to directly contact the San Diego field office, to ask them? Thank you so much for all the years of help, here on this forum!

I'm trying to upload documents to the NVC for my co-sponsor. I have been able to upload the i864 and his birth certificate however the area that was designated for additional supporting documents continues to say N/A and won't allow me to upload more documents. I know that there is a processing time for this and I have been told it's generally about an hour. However, it has been several days and I still can't put in a single supporting document can anyone advise on this? I know they are going to ask me for more documents. However, if I can't upload them how can I even give them what they want? They have rejected us about four times already and we are tired of adding more time on to being parted from one another

This may be the only actual English-language announcement that they've posted so far. I haven't seen it on the consulate web sites, except in Chinese - China to ease visa, entry policies Foreigners with valid visas issued before March 28, 2020 will be allowed to enter China, as the country is adjusting its visa and entry policies to facilitate travel across the border. Visa-free policies will be resumed for entry to the southern island province of Hainan and cruise tour groups at Shanghai ports, said the National Immigration Administration. Visa-free entry to the southern province of Guangdong will be restored for tour groups of foreigners from Hong Kong and Macao, and a similar mechanism will be reinstated for tour groups from ASEAN countries to enter Guilin in the southern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The policies will come into force on Wednesday, according to immigration authorities.

Hello forum members, Please kindly provide some advice to sponsor my stepdad to the USA. I just became a US citizen in November. My stepdad and mom got married before I turned 18 in August 1990 in Cambodia. I was born in January 1980. However, they registered their marriage until December 1998. The record on the marriage certificate says Marriage Certificate Dated 01/December/1998. My birth certificate with my mom's and stepdad's name was also dated on December 1998. Since it was a long time ago, we are not able to get any verification from the local authorities to confirm the marriage was in 1990. I also have two half siblings who were born in 1992 and 1994. I am not sure if the birth of my half siblings can be solid evidence for their marriage. In addition, they also have their wedding photos with me and other relatives. I'd lived together with my stepdad, mom and siblings in Cambodia almost my whole life before I moved to the states eight years ago. He is a very kind and gentle person who loves and treats me as his own daughter. I'd love to sponsor him and my mom together at the same time. I highly appreciate all of kind feedback and advice.

I did my first petition before, and got approved at NOA2 stage, but our relationship didn't work out, and I withdraw my petition when it transited to the Consulate stage. Few years later, I met my true love, I did my second petition for her, and I got the NOA2 recently. I know for the second one ,the officials will look it more deeply, and I want to prepare it better. Will the CO ask my fiancee some questions related to my previous i 129f? if yes, usually what questions will the CO asked for? Anyone had experience on this situation? Thank you very much.
