US Immigration from Canada

We filed in June, adjusting from B2 after coming to visit my husband in March. We were doing consular CR-1 processing through Montreal and were awaiting an interview.

Just looking for other Boston-area AOS filers to try to get a better sense of timelines!

I am preparing for me and my husband's interview and going through the copy of our application package I realized I missed an error on the I-130A. We put down the wrong month on one of his old addresses but we put it down correctly on the I-485. The year is correct though and it was not the last place he lived in Canada before visiting. He moved one time after that before moving to the US after we married. Should we mention this at the interview? It wouldn't give any reason for denial would it?

Hi, Does anyone know if I can collect my Canadian maternity leave while I'm in the US waiting for my AOS? I read someone's post that working remote could cause problems with the visa, but does anyone know if collecting maternity leave would be ok?

Our original interview data was early April, we're still waiting to re-book but I'm not due until March 2021 so I'm hoping to get to the US by at least March of 2022 when my maternity leave would run out.

Dear USCIS Officer:

I am writing this letter explaining that I did not have an I-94 issued at the land border during my entry into the United States from Canada. I entered the USA as a Canadian visitor on DATE using my Nexus card. My port of entry was Sarnia, ON/Port Huron, MI at the Blue Water Bridge crossing (Port Code 3802).

As a Canadian Citizen, I am not required to have my passport stamped when I cross the border into the United States and do not require an I-94 Arrival/Departure Record. I was inspected at the border after I scanned my Nexus card, and was allowed to enter the United States. No I-94 was received. My travel history (arrival/departure document) that I printed off the official I-94 website states my record of latest entry into the country of DATE.
