US Immigration from Canada

Looking for help !!!!

I applied for SSN on 7 october by visiting local office and then after 4 weeks no SSN. I called local office but they are saying that they are waiting for Homeland Security to verify status of immigration and from last 3 weeks they are saying same thing and nothing changed. Did someone face this problem or delay in SSN? Is there anyway contact DHS?

I filed for my I-751 (divorce waiver) in May, in the middle of a move, a couple of days after I received my official divorce papers. I had a lot going on, and I just sent all my paperwork without keeping a copy for myself (probably the most stupid thing I have done in my life).

My interview is coming up, and they of course request that I bring all that evidence with me again, and I don't have most of it, because it was all sent with my original petition.

I guess I am looking for empathy and potentially advice, I have a plan to try and gather it again (as much as possible).

Hi everyone! I have got the google doc showing the Montreal visa data, and I am very happy to see Montreal consulate has been processing and rescheduling our applications. Could anyone please help me figure out my approximate interview time in Montreal based on the current processing speed? I got my DQ in July 2020. Could I got the interview time in some time April or May of 2021?

I am also applying schools in the U.S., and I really hope my case can get a result by July or August in 2021 right before the school starts. Thank you for your guys suggestion and answer, and I am very grateful.

We re CR1 but applicant lives in Saskatchewan. So it s a flight to get to any of the approved doctors, as well as to the consulate.

does anyone have experience managing to dovetail the two into one trip? COVID complications aside? I know there may be many months before we get an interview scheduled (just got our NVC today after submitting I-130 late august), but I m thinking ahead bc we will have to save to afford that much travel if we can t do it all in one trip.

I am confused because we did an online filing and on completion we got a message saying that the file is being processed in the Nebraska Service Center. The online account still shows that. However the NOA1 letter shows Potomac Visa Center at the bottom left corner.

So which is my service center?
