US Immigration from Canada

So I recently got my fingerprints done at commissionaires, I read the statement I m having to ask for the records under the Privacy act, the lady in the office was incredibly confused reading through the info (I showed her the PDF from this website about it).

I just received my letter in the mail & I wanted to show you guys & ask if it s the correct thing.

I have crossed into USA (Air Canada Flight from Toronto to Fl), last October since these restrictions. The official asked me:

1. What is the purpose of my visit?

2. How long will I be in USA?

3. When I am coming back?

4. If I have something to declare?

She did not asked for any single document, even though I carried my Marriage Certificate, she stamped my passport, and she authorized me to stay until April 21, 2021 (curiosly I got married on April 21, almost 3 yrs ago). Immigration has been a nightmare, the worst in my life!

For all who are traveling to USA in holidays, I suggest: be confident, be ready with documents in case, and also remember there are any exemption which include: Any foreign national who is the spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (we are an exemption).

I saw this question on the N-400 form and Im just wondering... is this a trick question? I mean.. if you've jay-walked you've committed a crime. Maybe I'm just over thinking this.

I didn't check the box on the DS-260 so I have to go in person to get my SSN and I have a question for those who have made appointments with the SSA during COVID.

I called the first Monday after POE and was told that I had to wait 14 days after being out of the country to come in (understandable) and to call back after the 14 days were up. I called back this Monday since it had been more than 14 days and was told I'd receive a call in 7-10 days. Later that day I had a missed call from a woman at the SSA so I called them back and was told that they'd let the woman know that I'd returned her call and I'd be added to her call list again and would be called back when she'd worked through her list. I haven't heard anything since then. Should I wait to call back if I haven't heard anything after 10 days (is that regular days or business days?) or is this more of a squeaky wheel gets the grease situation?

I am new this forum, and wanted to know if anyone waiting for Employment based Immigrant Visa received any appointments from Montreal Consulate since COVID closure? I saw few appointments were scheduled for other immigrant categories , but didn't see anyone from EB. I am in EB1 category and just received document clearance from NVC last week. Can anyone help estimate realistically, when I am likely to receive a Visa appointment date? Appreciate the help!!
