US Immigration from Canada

I abandoned my I130 that was at DQd for Montreal office for end of May. Is there a way I can go back to it? The adjustment of status process is so long and not moving at all! I still have not received my biometrics and I m totally regretting switching. I was one of those people that was quarantined in the US when the border closed and it felt like the world was ending. The Montreal embassy is moving faster and should be on May interviews in 2-3 months.

I m really really hoping, praying, and manifesting that Montreal requests K1 cases from NVC this week. December 1st is a shipping date and almost all the cases that were at the consulate before Covid have been scheduled so it s our turn now. I hope they still schedule K1 s once a week in December. I m tired of seeing my case showing At NVC on ceac as it has been for the past 8 months.

anyone have any updated news about NVC sending cases or about Montreal requesting K1 cases from NVC? Really hoping to see some NVC cases scheduled for december

I filed for Naturalization under the option of WAVA while my ROC was pending in September 2020. This was done at the 3-year mark of being an LPR.
Though, I received the notice, "we received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number XXXXXX, and mailed you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our National Benefits Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice".
Since, I have not received the Biometric Notice. Please advise if I should talk to my congressman about helping to obtain status.
Also, I got the $1200 stimulus check at the onset of the pandemic. Could this have any effect on my -n400 application.

I am one of the many people who've had my AOS interview delayed with covid and am filing my renewal package for my EAD/AP combo card. Do we resubmit the EAD & AP fees when filing for a renewal of both?

I am new to VIsaJourney so forgive me if there is place to ask this.

Me and my Husband were married in Canada and we filed I-130 outside the USA in Canada.

First question, When I filed I E-filed so we submitted that but for the I-130a, there was no option or upload section for this so we just uploaded it in "documents section" and put it in category other. ** we have received a receipt notice.
Second question, besides I-130 & I-130a and supporting documents, is there anything else I am missing.

I am waiting for NOA2.
