I need advice from you regarding F3 visa for married children. I am a US citizen and a senior , want to sponsor my married child and wondering which would be

the best way to sponsor. I hear F3 takes about 10+ years and considering my age I dont want to take that chance .

That child overseas can also be sponsored by his siblings here in US on a F4 visa. What do you think

Hello all, we got the SSN card yesterday (19th) and we have the EAD card. But no online system will match the SSN to my husbands name (trying to apply for Twitch affiliate, also tried credit checking websites).

Is there some delay with SSN and validating the SSN/Name with online systems?

So I got one of those automated emails from VisaJourney a couple days ago giving me an update on when I might expect my AP and EAD. The e-mail said May 4, 2021. I filed in late August. If I'm not getting AP or EAD until May, I will have to withdraw my application and return to my country because I will become unemployed and bankrupt. When I click on my actual timeline though it still shows an estimate of Jan 26-Feb 25, which is possibly doable.

I know these things are just estimates and they can change, but which one is more likely to be correct? The update in the email or the timeline on my profile?

I've recently done my fingerprint, and the case is ready to be scheduled for interview. However, it has been a year since I last worked; I am able to get some IT contract job from a couple of applications; usually they will hire you for 2-3 days of work and it is 1099. Is there a way to request work authorization under that circumstance? I tried to get one of the employers issue me a letter, but they are really willing to do that (yet); these are not small firms but they just want to work through these apps, and pay hourly.

It is kind of related to a uber driver? How can someone who is able to drive uber gets his/her work auth expedited?

Hey guys! I applied to AOS here in FL and received my receipt notice at the beginning of October. I had flown here in June because of the land border being closed therefor my car is still back in Canada with my family. My question is; do I need to wait for my travel document to go back to get my car? At this time even if the land border is closed will I still be able to drive back over since I will have my travel document/AOS forms? Also approx when will I be receiving the travel document?
Any other suggestions on how I can get my car here?
