US Immigration from Canada

So my fiance (petitioner) was common-law married to her then ex. from 2010 to 2015. They filed taxes jointly back in 2014. They split in 2015. However, upon checking, she found that there's no record of their marriage. Does she still need to select "Yes" to the question "Have you been previously married?"?

So back in 2017, my student visa was denied. I applied for it again (although I have no idea what I answered in the previous visa refusals on that DS-160) and got approved. Long story short, I didn't do well in my master's degree so I returned back to India and now I am in Canada. I wanted to meet my girlfriend so I applied for a tourist visa. However, at that time I totally forgot about the visa denial so I proceeded to select "No" in the previous visa denials. My tourist visa got approved as well. Would there be an issue if I selected "Yes" and explained why I was denied when I apply for a K1 visa in the future? (K1 visa status - NOA1 received, waiting for NOA2)

I'm currently stuck on my immigration process. I recently went to the my local (Halifax, NS) police station and asked for a certified criminal record check. The form they made me sign is the Vulnerable Sector Verification, I got my fingerprints scanned. On the form the woman wrote "Privacy Act" under the reason even though I told her "RCMP National Repository Entire Holdings". She wouldn't let me fill it out, only sign my name, because of COVID, and I'm wondering where exactly I'm going wrong here???

I recently got the RCMP certificate in the mail. NVC rejected the document tonight and this is the second time; the first time was just the basic CRC which I found out was not the right document on here. Looking at the CEAC and RCMP website, it looks as if I did everything right. The woman at the police station was hurried and rude and said she knew what she was doing (since I certainly don't). I saw on this site some people's record has "CMP PPU 030". That's on the top corner of the form I filled out, but it's not on my certificate, which only has a "DOCID" and "DCN" number on the top right corner.

It says:
"No personal information about you was found in the National Repository of Criminal Records"
"Type of Criminal record check: For Active Criminal Record"

Any help would be much much appreciated, I'm at a total loss here and it's so discouraging I'm going to call the police station tomorrow and see if anyone can help me, but no one has been answering the non-urgent phone line in days and I'd rather not go in if I don't have to.

Hi there if changing the joint sponsor the day of interview would that cause delays or would they just accept the new documents then and there?

Considering this as I have a more qualified joint sponsor.
