US Immigration from Canada

So me and my wife separated a year ago and we will be getting a divorce in the next coming month. I left the US and went back to my home country when I had my K1 visa after getting married even though I didn t have a travel visa. Will they let me across the border again even though I left in a way that is frowned upon or do I need to wait a certain amount of years? Please help!!

Am I required to do an Academic Equivalency evaluation for my highschool diploma, dental assisting cert, and Dental Hygiene license from Canada?

They are in another lockdown and schools are closed until mid January so I am unable to retrieve transcripts. HELLPPP

Getting ready to send I-944 in, can anyone comment on my list:

-Form filled out and signed
-Last 3 years of Canadian foreign tax transcripts
-Letter/ proof indicating no credit report/score
-All certifications/license/schooling documents
-Proof of health insurance
-Proof of savings - bank statements(last 6 months) for me and my spouse
-My spouse IRS and canadian tax transcripts
-Proof of spouse new business he started this year- screenshot of PayPal sales (will have taxes filed before interview) + business tax receipt

Is there anything I am missing or should add?

I am confused as to what transcripts I am sending in with the I-944. I printed off my Canadian tax transcripts for 2017,2018,2019 but I am unsure which transcripts we need to send in for my husband (US petitioner). He was living in Canada last year so no US income, and took the year off from work in Canada. So he has no income to report in either countries. That s why we re using a joint sponsor. However this year he has made 117k usd with the business he started here in Florida so we will be able to bring 2020 transcripts to the interview.

Had Interview on Dec 7th, passed and was told 30-45 days for the Oath Ceremony.

Week later, online completion date changed from Jan '21 to March '21. Week later, it changed to June '21.

Anyone else have this issue??
