US Immigration from Canada

I got into a graduate program and they do not have an issue with me being in adjustment of status process to attend. Doesn t seem like USCIS cares either. We filed in Detroit in Aug 2020 and it looks like the interview will be around Aug/Sept 2021 unless things speed up magically (doubt it). My school starts mid July and I would move to a different state at this time. Should I let USCIS know that I have moved? I am reading it is law that I inform them

that I have moved. Also, I m worried it will cause a lot of questions about our marriage and it s validity if I move away during the AOS process even though we have been married almost two years and I lived with him this entire time till I moved away for school. Any advice before we spend money on a lawyer to discuss this?

According to the pre-interview checklist on the embassy site:

"If you were previously married or your petitioner was: All original final divorce or spouse's death certificate(s), English translation, and a photocopy."

How have others done this? Do I need to get my husband to courier his certificate to me or is the scanned colour copy of his certificate going to suffice?

Today I received my extension letter. It was received in Arizona via UPS on Dec 23rd. NOA is dated Jan 27th and cheque cashed January 28th and I received my letter today on Jan 30th! It came from Potomac Virginia.

I thought it might be helpful to create a post with examples of questions that were asked at your interview. It can be quite overwhelming to search through the 200+ pages of the Montreal DQ'd thread.

So... what questions should I prepare for for my upcoming interview in Montreal? (Bonus points if you were asked questions about reestablishing domicile.)

We just sent in Packet 3.

What next? Do I just wait for packet 4 now? I thought I would need to pay a fee before submitting the Ds-160 but apparently not. When do I pay the Visa fee in Montreal?
