Hi there! My question is regarding the renewal of my combo card which will expire in May 2021. I'm still waiting for my Green card interview. This is my first EAD combo card that I received when I first filed alongside form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Now to renew my card, do I need to file I-765 and I-131 and pay the renewal fee or do I file those forms with proof of my pending I-485 so I don't need to pay? Thanks!

Hi Members, I am trying to learn more about the entire process, after K1 visa approval. I understand one can apply for AOS, EAD, AP after marriage in USA within 90 days of arrival as per K1 requirements. Would like to know following specific questions: - Can one work in USA while waiting for AOS and pending EAD (in-process)? Is that even possible or does one has to obtain EAD approval before doing so.
- Are online freelancing jobs allowed to be done while waiting for EAD approval ?
- Is there a way to expedite EAD processing?
- Is travel outside USA allowed in any condition while waiting for AOS. Does just having applied for AP (advance parole) allow one to leave USA?
- The processing time for I-131 for AP is too long. Does AOS happens before AP, if so what is the purpose of applying for AP ?
Kindly assist with the above queries. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me with this as I have been struggling to find answers. Currently, I am filling up form I -130a Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. In the address and employment history part, it is asking for such for the past 5 years. In the next parts, it says to list down the last address outside the United States of more than 1 year. For everyone's information, I was born and raised in the Philippines. Then in 2015, I transferred here in Canada and is a Canadian citizen. I listed down my address here in Canada since I was asked about it for the past 5 years. I am wondering tho is I should type in my address in the Philippines as well on the next part since it is asking my address outside the United States where I stayed for over a year. Also with the employment history, I worked as a nurse in the Philippines until 2015. Should I write it down as well?

I have my N-400 interview scheduled today in San Antonio, TX. I got to the interview and waited in my car till right before 15 minutes early. I noticed people going to the door waiting for a few and then being turned away. I thought they were there too early maybe. When I walked up to the door there was a hand written sign and a security guard outside telling everyone that all ceremonies and interview were canceled for today as the system was down. The security guard was saying to check the portal and we would get rescheduled. Has anyone experienced this? Any idea when I might hear about this? The portal still shows as interview scheduled. I also looked at the USCIS website and there is a page for field office closures and there is nothing on it for the San Antonio office.
