Hi there, I'm starting to gathering documents for my K1 visa and am trying to figure out how to bind the documents together in the end. Just loose leave with the name, page number, etc, on each pg, and that's it? Can't seem to find the answer in the instruction packet. Thank you very much!

Hi, I am a Canada PR living in Montreal I had scheduled my visa interview for March 2020, but it got cancelled since then (Covid reasons); and now I have interview scheduled for March 2021. Since Covid is still ongoing, I am not sure how will I defend my travel plans to the Visa Officer should he ask about it - there are still lot of travel restrictions in place from Canadian Govt. Should I still go ahead with the interview or rather schedule it to a later date ( availability for Sept 2021 only). Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

I'm about to start the DS-160 and have a question regarding the address where we will stay. My fiance has not yet found a place and he is currently living with his parents. He will move before I go there, but we don't know where yet. Should I put his parents address in the meantime?

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if I should email the NVC or USCIS after turning 21 to request CSPA? My case is about 10 days away from becoming current as per the February 2021 Visa Bulletin, but I'm not sure how long that will take in terms of months. My case was pending for about 2 years and it is DQ'd at this point. Just waiting for it to become current now. Is emailing a good idea? I think I read somewhere that once your case becomes current, your CSPA age (real age - pending time) becomes frozen. I am in the F3 family category if that helps. Thank you
