US Immigration from Canada

I can't believe it is that time already... I am prepping to file my i-751 with my spouse. I am wondering what the entire process entails? What happens after I file and is there another interview we will have to attend?

I'm filing a i-131 re-entry permit application soon and am trying to figure out which Canada-location US Consulates would allow me to do pickup. It seems like the Toronto US Consulate downtown does not allow pickup for passports - but that is not the same as a re-entry permit. Does anyone have any ideas on which offices in Canada (preferably close to Toronto) would allow for pickup and what the address is?

Hello! We applied for the I-129f in August and are in the throws of waiting. My fianc is from Canada. At the time, we thought the Vancouver consulate was the correct option, but have since realized we should have put Montreal. Is this something we should submit a request to correct now via USCIS or will we be able to correct this at the NVC stage? Thank you in advance!

Does anybody know How long it usually takes to receive the Green Card after your entry in The US. They said it would take 2 weeks it's been 5 weeks now and I didnt receive neither my GC nor my SSN. I called the SSN office to try to know whats going on and they said I didnt even have my name on the SSN system.

PS: I asked to receive my SSN together with my GC.

Me and my fiance are going through the K1 process (almost done). If i entered the US on a K1 and got married, would I be able to return home and file for AOS from outside the US?

Ideally I would want to come back to Canada until I am able to work in the US.
