US Immigration from Canada

I just submitted my DS-260 a few hours ago after checking it umpteen times. I just realised with horror that I made a mistake in teh previous employment section.

I was supposed to fill in my previous employers in the last 10 years starting from the most recent. I went back to 2013 and stopped. I missed putting in one more employer from 2010 - 2013... I am kicking myself for being so careless! I think it was because I was making sure the employer history tallies with the i130a and missed that i130a only had to go back 5 years...

What are my options right now:

1. Should I call NVC and tell them about my mistake?

2. Should I just bring it up at the interview?

What are the repurcussions? Will my ds-260 get rejected or will I get a dreaded RFE???

Hello, Very new just starting the K1 journey but was curious is it going to be possible once I hopefully get my K1 visa for my fianc and I to get married in Mexico (she enjoys Cabo) and if not we also like St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She likes the idea of a beach wedding somewhere very warm. I guess Hawaii is another option? Thank you, sure I will have many more inquiries along the way.

We are now in the NVC process and filling out the I-864 EZ form.

1. The beneficiary's name was filled as married name in the i-130 form. Maiden name was added under other names.

2. The DS-260 has the beneficiary's maiden name (since it has to match the passport which hasn't yet been updated. Married name is added under other names.

3. The intention is to update the passport to married name while we wait for interview.

Question is what name should we fill in the I-864 form?

Hi everyone. Last week I finally got my notice for my AOS interview. I'm excited but also nervous! I'm adjusting from F-1 student status to permanent resident through marriage.

I hope you can help me with a couple questions.

1) I forgot to make copies of the final forms I sent in with my application (I-485, I-130, etc.). Is this OK? Do I need to bring copies of completed forms to the interview? Will they expect me to have all the exact same photos, bank statements, etc. from my original application?

2) I sent in my I-693 medical form a couple months after the initial application. Is there any way to get confirmation they received it? That I sent it to the right place? Should I call and ask? I want to make sure I don't have to do it again in the one month I have to prepare for the interview.
