US Immigration from Canada

Not sure where to ask this question, so if incorrect I apologize.

I know I need a copy of the policy with names of who is covered on it, with start and end dates.

I am covered under my husband's work insurance.

Where do I get that? I found on my insurances website a 154 paged PDF of every single detail my coverage, but it doesn't have names or dates on it. I doubt they want that, they prob just want a summary?

The website has the dates, but unless I print out the home page with those dates I'm not sure where I'd get it.

It also has the coverages on the main page but it's one of those clickable menus that sorts by type and says what's covered under that type, so unless I screenshot each different section on that page...

But it also doesn't say who is all covered. Shows my name, but doesn't even mention my husband anywhere.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Should I just email the Insurance people of what I need?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, it's just this annoying form.

I hope someone knows the answer: are the USCIS emails (in regards to case status inquires) processed by level I or level II agents ?

I know that I have to send the package to Phoenix, Arizona. But when I checked for the processing time at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ the time is different for each field office.

That made me to wonder, how would I know which field office would get my package? Is it random or is it based on my residential address? I'm secretly praying for the field office with the shortest processing time haha

Also, wasn't sure if I should trust visajourney's processing time or USCIS' processing time. They vary greatly from each other.

How important it is to keep USCIS updated about your mailing address? Our I 130 is still being processed at Nebraska (hopefully) center.

My husband (USC petitioner) moved away for 13 week work assignment. He'll be staying at temporary address for the duration of his work, so I wonder if we to need notify USCIS?

Do they send documents in the mail after I130 gets approved or the communication happens mostly through email.

Please advise.

Once the reply for RFE is submitted, how long does USCIS California take to make a decision?
