US Immigration from Canada

Hi

I'm sure many of you have seen that issue before.

My NOA says my case is being processed in Texas but online account says it's Nebraska.

Which one is correct? What's your experience?

Hi guys, I just joined this form and have been educating myself on the K-1 process. Haven't found an answer here yet... would like to know how long (how many months) it might take for an interview at the Montreal consulate after being approved from the NVC. Any insights will be much appreciated!

I am sure some of you have experience about what happens after form i-130 is approved please share/guide your thoughts.

Receipt/priority date is getting closer so I want to know:

If I the portioner (parent) would have to go to Montreal Canada to accompany my daughter in the interview (or its case to case basis)

I read the steps & according to this website after a successful interview I have to file 'affidavit of support' and related forms

According to this NVC official website (I might have to be with her) this is a government website showing all the step for bringing your family member to USA on a Green Card.

This website covers everything step by step and seems like a good guide for someone like me.

Hey all, I think I have everything together for my interview next week (at least all the important stuff).

Just wondering if anybody else had any tips for extra things to bring or just general advice!

Hi everyone, my passport expires in a few days and was wondering if I should renew it via mail or wait until I get my interview letter? I'm not sure how long it will take if I send it in via mail so my plan is to wait until we get the interview letter and then have an urgent renewal done for it. I don't mind paying the additional fee, if there is any.

What would you recommend?

I'm in the F3 category, planning to interview at Montreal and DQ'd around July 2020.
