US Immigration from Canada

How do we get ahold of the embassy to ask them specific questions? I've tried calling and it says the only way to reach them is by email. Through email we are getting responses that don't even pertain to the question we ask.

In our P3 Checklist it says to provide proof of the petitioners domicile in the US. I just recently moved and my tax return has the old address. I dont own any land or homes..etc. What types of evidence can I provide? I cant seem to find any information about this anywhere. I've lived in the US my entire life.

Hi everyone, I ve been trying to Google this info but haven t had any luck. I got married in 2019 in Ontario and did the regular application process to receive to copies of the certificate. Now that my interview is coming up I m gathering all my originals and I m confused on whether or not I have the proper copy.

I have a long paper that says certified A true photostatic print of a record. It s stamped with a raised seal. Says marriage license on the copied form but has

part 1: to be completed by the office issuing license

part 2: marriage affidavit

part 3: statement or marriage

is this the correct marriage certificate? Hopefully someone can help! I can t find a picture of what they look like online

Hey everyone, my fianc had his K1 interview today and got approved! I checked his status after because I know it could flip flop from Administrative Processing to Refused to Issued. It now says Application Received and changed from Immigrant to NonImmigrant at the top. What does this mean? I ve seen that the change from immigrant to nonimmigrant usually means the visa will be issued soon but I ve never seen Application Received. Is this normal and good news?

Can the consular officer check previous marriage records.. Or. Do they have access to previous marriage records? What do they see on their screens during ur interview?
