Hi all,

I would like to know if you guys can share their experience with the Phoenix local office.

I applied for my I-751 back in June 2023, and a year later applied for my N-400 on June 19th 2024.

The National Benefit Center requested an interview on October 1st 2024 and since then I have been waiting for Phoenix to schedule for my interview.

Would you be able to tell me how long it takes for them to schedule your interview? I start to wonder if there's any wrong with my case. Is there a consequent backlog there?

I would be able to make an inquiry on my case next month. I'm currently in my 7th month for my N-400.

Hello! I had accidentally received a 10 year card when I should have received a 2. I filed the i90 and was sent the correct 2 year CR1 card however when I come back to US the officer always sees me as IR1 even though I m CR1 and have received the new 2 year card.

I m applying for my i751 next month, will this cause a rejection? Do I need to check with USCIS to see if I ve been updated in their system?

Hello! What is the best way to submit photos for the i751? I have prints of 50 or so photos. Do I attach them to printer papers with tape and write a description underneath them?

or is these some other way. Also do we include photos from wedding or after wedding? We had a court marriage in May and a cultural wedding in July. Have pics from both.

Thank you for the help in these forums, it is much appreciated. I recently had my interview/civics exam and received my approval 2 weeks later on January 2nd. Given past cases I've read about, oath ceremonies seems to be scheduled fairly quick. Does anyone have any data or experiences with the Brooklyn field office and how long after approval this office tends to schedule oath ceremonies?
