Sorry for so many questions this evening, I searched Google and the forums can't seem to find this answer- Is consular report of birth abroad a certificate of citizenship? I am the petitioner for ir1/cr1 born in Switzerland as a US citizen and have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad instead of a birth certificat, and unsure if I should be answering yes to 38/39 on page 3.

Hello, I am writing because I am a bit confused about page 6, Information about beneficiary's family on i130 form... I (Petitioner) have filled myself out in the spouse section, but am a bit confused about the spouse and children section. If I am only sponsoring him, what goes here? He has no children and no other spouses beside myself.

Hello all, My mother unfortunately lost her Green card during a trip overseas. I have started the process for her to get a visa to be able to come back. I am filling out I131A ( source:https://ci.usembassy.gov/information-for-lawful-permanent-residents-lprs/ ) Now on part 3, question 5A it asked: " Have you ever been issued a travel document"? Does the travel permit issued during the Green card application process applies for this question? She was issued a travel document and work permit during the application process using form I131. So If we respond yes to 5a, then the next question asks for the disposition. Should I put expired there? And provide a brief explanation in part 7 as explained in the instructions? Your help will be greatly appreciated please Thanks

Welp, I sent off my U.S. Passport application without signing the certificate of naturalization. I was going to sign it at home but thought I'd wait until I was with the clerk to make sure there weren't any certain instructions. The clerk at city hall looked over the application and asked some questions but never mentioned the signature and I just plain forgot, I was not taking my time, it's my own fault. So now it's sent off, they've already cashed the checks, will they just send it all back? You think I'll have to pay all over again?
