In the form filing tips it says:

• Supporting documentation:
  • Submit the documents or evidence listed in the form instructions.
  • Supporting documents must be in English or accompanied by a complete English translation.
  • Submit copies unless we request original documents. If you send an original document with your form, it may become part of the record and we will not return it to you automatically.
  • If you have any attachments, make sure each attached page has your name and A-Number (if any). You may also number the pages and include the total amount of pages being attached (for example, page 1 of 11 ).
  • Send single-sided copies of your supporting documentation

The bullet point in red. Does this mean you put your A-number or name on every single piece of paper you submit? So for let's say utility bills, do you have to put your A-number or name on page 2 of that bill if it isn't there?

I m a K1 visa holder currently waiting on my AOS.
filed for AOS in Feb and did biometrics in March.

I m curious if I would be permitted to purchase a handgun or if I legally need to wait until I receive my green card. The atf form is a bit confusing with regard to immigration status as the k1 is a non-immigrant visa but with an immigrant AOS file under processing.

Please recommend an experienced immigration lawyer to handle my case in front of judge.

I ve had a green card (LPR) for many years and was out of the US for 5 months this time (and also out of the US for 7 months just before that, not great, I know).

At the land border to enter the US, they sent me to secondary inspection: they wanted to take my green card (10 year LPR car) which I refused. I was blocked there for 5 hours.

They then gave me a Notice to Appear (NTA) in front of an immigration judge in 1 month where I can defend myself.

Can someone please recommend an experienced immigration lawyer to handle the case?

(ideally not too far from the immigration court which is Hartford, Connecticut, but I guess lawyers from other neighboring states could represent me there too )

It was not a pleasant experience.

Any help in getting an experienced lawyer would be greatly appreciated.

Spouse will not be attending, and it's not a joint 751 interview as that was already approved. A few questions:

* do I need to bring my spouse's US citizenship records? Or just my passport and green card? I'm interviewing under the 3-year, married to a US citizen, rule.

* do I need any ROC style documentation? Joint X and Y sort of thing? Or is that implied by an approved ROC app?

* do I need physical copies of what I had to submit, eg tax returns? I assume yes just in case. Anything else that may be useful that I didn't need to submit?

* I got a red light camera ticket since applying. It was purged via online traffic school as a first offence. Bring it up or nah? If yes, bring documentation?

Anything else to keep in mind? Also, any possible tips to get an oath ceremony same day?
