Hi. I am wondering if it is ok to tick mark the P3 checklist and email it back to the consulate, even if I don t physically have my fianc s i134 signed form yet? I have all of the documents ready, I am just waiting on physically having the i134 form with me right now I will have it in 2 weeks from now. I just wanted to clarify if there is any issue with that or not? Thanks!

So, I've got my citizenship interview on April 10. Hopefully the oath ceremony won't take long after that. We know what to do for me - easy peasy, turn up at the Passport office and apply. But Kid1 & Kid2 - they are minors and will be given derivative citizenship. We will apply at the same time as me for their passports, but does the passport office take their greencards? How does that work? Can anyone offer their experiences?

We are getting close to submitting our i129f package, and I'm curious how long the process time will be? If the package was submitted before may, and everything goes according to plan, how long should it take till I am able to move in with my fiance?

Wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation. I am the beneficiary and am on a post graduate work permit in Canada that is about to expire the first of May and my status cannot be extended. This means I have to leave Canada before May 1st. My interview is in Montreal, but I have not been scheduled yet. I was DQ'd 24th of Jan this year. We requested to expedite our case but got denied. Does anyone know anything about how a change of interview location would work or what would happen in this situation?
