Expedite due to disability

My 20-year-old fianc (peitioner) has autism and works in a family-owned business where his uncle and dad are co-owners. He recently took on the role of a sales manager assistant to financially support us once our I-129F is approved. Despite going to work, he struggles to function effectively due to his autism, leading to irregular sleep patterns, uncontrollable bursts of energy, and difficulty to socialize, etc. These challenges can potentially cause financial problems down the line.

Throughout his life, his mother has been his primary caregiver. However, her health conditions, including RA, immune disease, and cancer, now limit her ability to care for him. His father, occupied with a full-time job elsewhere, also cannot provide the needed care. His siblings are unwilling to assist. During my visits, I assumed the role of caretaker, witnessing a positive change in his motivation, sleep schedule, work, and overall functioning. Sadly, our long-distance relationship prevents my constant presence, given my full-time job to secure resources for his support upon my arrival.

He possesses prior records confirming his disability, obtaining a note from his mother affirming his need for caregiving is feasible, and an employment letter stating his challenges at work highlighting potential future financial loss. I deeply love him and am committed to caring for him regardless of the circumstances, as I believe that's a fundamental aspect of marriage supporting each other through all stages of life.

Do the factors mentioned above justify an expedite request for our I-129f?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find specific information for my upcoming K1 fianc interview at the Montreal, Canada consulate.

In Packet 4 it states The day of your interview, please bring original and one copy of each of the following documents (as applicable) and one item states Birth Certificate (Petitioner and Beneficiary) . I have my original birth certificate (beneficiary) and a copy, but I only have a copy of my US fianc s birth certificate. If anyone has had an interview recently or knows if I need his original and not just a copy, I d really appreciate guidance! If he has to send me his in the mail it s possible but I thought a copy was sufficient for his.

Thank you!

Question regarding additional address and employment (Part 8)

Hey! I am the beneficiary in my K-1 Visa journey and am helping my fianc e fill out the I-129F, but we are unsure about the proper way to fill out additional addresses and employment history. We want to make sure everything is filled out correctly to avoid any issues. My fianc e (the petitioner) has a total of 3 jobs to list and 3 addresses to list.

My first question is in regard to Part 1, 9a-10b; It states to "Provide your current address first if it is different from your mailing address". Since his current address is the same as his mailing address, we wrote N/A for all spaces except 10a and 10b where we stated the date relating to his current address. I read that this was the accepted way to do it in another forum post on this website, but wanted to double check this was still the case.

Second question is about additional address and employment listing. Since there are only 2 spots for each, and he needs to list 3 for each (address and employment), what is the proper way to do so? Currently for the address portion we have filled out Physical Address 1 with N/A (since it is the same as mailing address), and then in Physical Address 2 we wrote "See Part 8". For the employment part, we filled out his current employer in Employer 1, and then in Employer 2 we filled with N/A and wrote "See Part 8". I've attached screenshots of both page 2 and page 13. On page 13, 5.d. I wrote an example of how we formatted the information.

Any help is appreciated!

I-134 Household Size

Hi guys!

I'm wondering if any of you would know much about the household size and income requirement in regards to your kids. The petitioner has 4 children but only 1 of them resides with them full time. The other 3 they have 50/50 custody so they don't live with them full-time. When determining household size to know income requirements for I-134, would they only include the 1 full-time living child, or all 4 of them?

Side note: In terms of taxes, the petitioner claims only 2 of their children on their taxes. Their ex claims the other 2. In case this goes off taxes instead.

Questions regarding I29F

Hi there, I was wondering if someone could answer some questions about filling out form I29F for me. As the beneficiary, the form asks for my parents information. Long story short when I was still a child I was placed in witness protection which meant an entire identity change. Would I still need to include my fathers information (who was taken out of the picture) on I29F and as well include "other names used". Thanks!
