US Immigration from Belarus

Hi what is usually the case status comes after the rfe response received by uscis? I replied 3 months ago and it only says they received the evidence. I called uscis one month ago and they said they put in a service ticket and should have an update within a month. Called again today since nothing has changed and this man said I don't get any response other than they received the evidence. He said the normal processing time is 11-25 months. So will the case status change regarding the rfe or they will just give an interview when the time comes?

I m a March filer still waiting on NOA2, but my fianc e will be finishing her degree end of January and we re looking to the next steps. When we filed, we thought there would only be a month or two maximum from the time she finished to the visa, but at this point nobody knows what s going on with processing and I can t keep making up dates.

She s Belarusian and has the option of moving to Poland in February with her family, who is also planning on leaving Belarus. Belarusians interview in Warsaw, though I did put Minsk on the I-129F solely because Warsaw was closed at the time and I didn t know if she d even be able to get there. I hope this won t cause any problems at NVC, but in any case she d end up in Warsaw one way or another.

The only downside I see of this is that certain documents appear to be needed fairly close to the interview. Is it advisable, then, for her to just stick around indefinitely in Belarus until called for the interview, or can she collect the necessary documents now and leave February? So long as we get NOA2 by then, I can t imagine the wait would more than 6 months from that point on. Thanks in advance.

Here we are again! I would appreciate any advice: we got RFE for birth certificate and we sent it online. We can see USCIS received it it's been 60 days since they got required docs and no changes. So I called and ask what actions next are required but they only promised to respond within 3 days and we have not heard anything. Did anyone have the same situation? Biometrics we're done long ago.

Should we be worry or it's normal? Will USCIS actually respond or we just need to wait interview date next step?

I submitted an inquiry for a March 17th NOA1, got a regular response last week. In the meantime I had tried contacting my Senator's office for assistance, but I never heard back (sent a request the Friday before Thanksgiving). I would like to submit another inquiry if possible, but is there a limit on how many can be sent/their frequency? I regularly view the various charts and know that March filers have indeed begun adjudication, but I'm still hopeful that inquiring further will do something. Thank you!

It's been 2 months since I received a rfe and submitted what they asked for online but no action from USCIS. Is this a normal time frame or they have up to 90 days to respond? Should I write them about it yet?

Aso they requested birth certificate and translation again even though I can see they a copy of it uploaded to the online account. It's not really clear why?
