US Immigration from Belarus

Hello Folks:

I have met someone in Belarus, and have questions about the difficulty of getting a fiance' visa from there. Is it very difficult to coordinate getting their Schengen in Poland and the whole consular process in the USA?

My wife is from Belarus, this country has a specific political situation and she went to protest against the falsified president election, for that she was arrested twice, it was administrative articles not criminal, after the second time she needed to leave her country and she became a refugee in Poland.
The form I-485 instructions require to mention "every arrest for any reason anywhere in the world even if no criminal charges were filed, to provide the complete arrest report and a court order that indicates the final disposition of the arrest". She does have the documents from the first arrest, but she doesn't have these documents from her second time as she was in rush to leave the country, and belarusian embassies are unhelpful, she can't get these documents now.
Are there alternative documents that she can provide without contacting Belarus or maybe we can just ignore that and to not mention it at all, as at the first application she had the complete certificate of no criminal record, as the records expired, I guess.
Maybe somebody had an experience like that, we'd appreciate if you share. Thank you!

My wife's 2 year green card expired last February and we received a 4 year extension letter. The I-751 was filed in November 2023. But not knowing when she will get her case processed and approved, I'm thinking we should file the N-400 now while waiting. We have been married for over 3 years and she never left the country and stayed in the same state since she came. Anyone has experience with this can share?

Hello, everyone! We live in GA, I'm a US citizen, my feance is already officially my spouse and she's going to apply documents for AOS(Adjustment of Status), she needs to pass a medical exam at USCIS approved doctor, I wonder if there are any program that provides free/low price insurance for her that could cover the costs of the exam and maybe some other health care needs?
Also I'd appreciate recommendations of dental insurance that could cover fully or partly a tooth extraction, implant and a crown.

USCIS made an error on my daughter s green card. They put her birth date instead of the date when her residency started. She will be filing I-90 to get her card replaced. The USCIS website says there is no fee if it s due to their mistake, which is the case. The question is whether she can file online. The instructions on their website say the form cannot be filed online if the applicant requests a fee waiver. I m confused is this the case?

Also, if she files online, how and when does she send them her green card?
