US Immigration from Argentina

Hi everyone,

I have to apply for my ROC in January 2022 and I m already collecting the evidence (well, I never stopped collecting it lol!). We are sending our two leases. In our lease it says that tenants are to pay for utilities, but our landlord does it. So, we won t have much utility bills from May 2018- August 2021 (we re moving out now and we ll pay our own utilities). So I made a note for our landlord to sign explaining this. I could really use some input on the note itself! I m not really worried about the rest of the evidence because we have plenty:

health insurance

car insurance

home Insurance

mortgage and home title with both our names

joint bank account

plane tickets

Tax returns

vet bills

utilities

DL showing same address

State taxes

pictures

I d really appreciate some input over the landlord s note.

Also, I am aware that I need to send evidence from the time our marriage started till the moment we submit (and keep collecting it in case our ROC takes a long time).

some said that I need to send just things that shows our relationship after I arrived on the US because we already sent all proof before that period on our CR1 visa process

others say to send everything again (starting from the day we married).

What is correct?

I am preparing to apply for Adjustment of Status and have a question on a copy of DS-3025.

After reading some of the discussion boards related to this topic, I am hoping to get a more concrete answer to whether mailing in a DS-3025 is necessary.

I had all the required vaccinations at the time of the K-1 medical examination in my country and was told by the physician that I got the needed shots. In other words, the physician did not do any vaccinations on me. When I asked for the copy of DS-3025, the physician informed me that she cannot share nor provide me the copies of the medical documents as they needed to be delivered to the U.S. Embassy in a sealed envelope. The physician in my country never provided me a copy of DS-3025 nor the immigration officer at Point of Entry (POE) in the U.S whom I handed over my sealed envelope to. I suppose that the immigration officer at POE turned/sent over the original form with my other medical results to USCIS.

I would appreciate it if someone could share their experiences with submitting their Adjustment of Status without a copy of DS-3025 as a result of not receiving it from their physician and the immigration officer at POE.

Hello everyone! Hubby and I have to submit our ROC in January 2022 (I know, it's early, but never to early to compile evidence!). Right now, we are renting and our landlord pays the bills for us. The catch 22 is that the lease says that we are responsible for utilities, but our landlords pays them for us. So we will be lacking that evidence. In order to supplement it, we were planning on having him write a note saying that he pays the utilities for us. In fact, that's what we did for our AOS, but we can't find the note anywhere! Has somebody been in the same situation? Can somebody share a template?

Also, this is the evidence we're planning on sending. Any suggestions are welcome! Like I said, I know it's early, but I am a teacher on summer vacation, and I want to use my down time wisely. TIA!

- Lease for 2020 and 2021 with both names.

-2019 and 2020 joint taxes.

- Health insurance.

- Car insurance.

- Retirement account with USC as beneficiary.

- USC as emergency contact information for medical reasons for the beneficiary.

- House loan with both our names.

- Utility bills on both names (we will have them once we move into the property we purchased).

- Deed for the house with both names.

- Pictures with family and friends.

- Travel tickets (we had to cancel the trip for COVID reasons, but we can still send the tickets, right?)

- 2020 and 2021 State property taxes on both names.

- Domestic hotel reservations.

Although affidavits are not really strong evidence, we can still include some. I'm mostly concerned about the utility bill situation and how we can solve it.
