We received an appointment cancellation email in early October (didn´t get an IL before) and a expedite confirmation two days later, without ever requesting an expedite. We did not get an inteview letter from NVC, the consulate sent us an email asking us toi request an interview. ValRam got DQ´d a few days before us and they received that email from the consulate a day before us.

Thank you. We'll be able to sleep tonight. We've been stuck in this process for two years now, nerves are wearing thin...

Hi everybody, We just scheduled my IR-1 interview in Frankfurt for November. We went through all our documents and found a mistake on my DS-260. My Passport was issued on August 11, 2015 and expires August 10, 2025 - in the DS 260 these dates are November 8 2015 and November 8 2025. I think our attorney´s paralegal got confused with the date format on my passport - I am aware I should have double checked, but that ship has obviously sailed a few month ago. Is there any way to change those dates? Is it going to cause major issues or delays, will we have to go back to the NVC stage?

We were in the same situation. We just uploaded a US drives license and a signed affidavit that we will establish domicile in the US after the IR-1 gets approved. That was enough, got DQ'd six weeks later.

Hey everyone, we were DQed September 23rd and are eagerly waiting to receive our interview letter for the Frankfurt consulate. We can celebrate the two year anniverary of filing our I-130 this Friday 😉
