Has anyone had this problem?? We log into the USCIS website and try to click on our case number and it no longer clicks through to the details of our visa. Our status has not been updated and it appears that we have not been touched. This started over the weekend. Im not sure if its a computer glitch on their end or if it means that maybe something is happening with our case (wishful thinking...)

anyone else??

I noticed that as well. Started over the weekend.

Could be something to do with the forest fires in Linda Yorba which is only 20 miles away from our service center in Laguna Niguel. :D

Do you guys all use Safari on a Mac? I first experienced this problem on Friday evening, the 14th. It seems that they changed something in the page design that causes this as the checkbox for the case changes its state when I try to click on the case number that should open the detailed view.

When I use Firefox, this problem does not occur, it opens the detailed view, although you can see that the checkbox state changes when clicked and then it switches to the detailed view.

Thanks for that one. We had been checking using Safari and had forgotten about trying with Firefox. Phew!
