Congrats to everyone who is moving forward!

I'm a bit behind everyone it looks like because of the lovely six weeks of Administrative Processing at the NVC. Yesterday the consulate finally got our case and sent the Packet 3, we are hoping he has it by Monday or Tuesday. I am just excited to know that it is finally in Sweden! Its also nice that now it is more in our hands, that we won't have to wonder whats going on, where our file is, etc. We will know the dates that things are going to happen more or less.

I'm hoping for a date of April 27 for our wedding, I really hope he is here by then! That date is the day we met in person for the first time.

Best of luck to everyone, may we all have our honeys in our arms soon!

I don't know about anyone else but the waiting process has made our relationship even stronger. It also helps that we talk to each other as least twice a day and email 4-5 times a day. I just hope that when we do live together we don't run out of things to say. :lol::jest:

Good morning my May Lovelies!!!!

I wanted to come into my "home" forum to let you know that Stephen's interview was at 10 a.m. this morning at the London Embassy and he was APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!

I'm SO relieved and SO happy to be FINALLY have reached this point!!!! It's been SUCH a long journey, but maaaaan.... very, very worth it!!!!

2007:

February - May: extended visit to States, engagement.

5/4: I-129F sent (Texas Service Center, forwarded to California Service Center)

5/11: Petition received at California Service Center.

5/16: Check cleared. NOA1 online (no hard copy received yet)

6/19: NOA1 hard copy arrived FINALLY

7/16: Sent off for Police Certificate (U.K.)

8/22: TOUCHED due to phone call (RFE Trick, was told case wasn't assigned yet)

9/20:APPROVED!!! After 127 days from NOA1 and 139 days from filing date.

10/23: Spoke to Kelly at NVC who said they should have received our petition by now. She advised I send a copy of our NOA2 directly to the NVC office, which I did immediately. :-)

10/26: NVC RECEIVES CASE!

10/30: NVC SENDS CASE TO LONDON CONSULATE

11/1: Consulate receives case in London AND sends out Packet 3.

11/6: Sent Packet 3 to Consulate (we'd downloaded the forms on VJ and had them completed already)

11/22: Appointment for Medical.

2008:

01/08: Interview scheduled for 10 a.m. APPROVED!!!

02/01/08: Stephen comes to America!!!
