I work a part time job (which is under the poverty line) and do free lance for the rest of my work, I would like to use a family member as the sponsor.

Can I use them as the main sponsor, or do I have to file them as a "Co-Sponsor" still? Can I fill out all of Part 3 with their information? Will their W2 be Sufficient or is a statement from their employer a must?

So starting from question 24a it asks about the benifcentiarys parents. What if the father is deceased what should I put for current residence?

I am putting together my paper work for the Adjustment of status (K1 visa holder) and I haven't seen any specific form used for the BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT or something similar. I am not sure if I need to complete a new form besides (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-693). I already read your post about forms needed.

Is there any other form specific for Biometrics? or they are just gonna let me know when I should go to my appointment?

Hello there,

My H2B Visa Waiver application was submitted on April 26 and it was approved in the CEAC system on the next business day April 29. However since then the status hasn't been changed. I haven't been contacted for any additional information or documents, need for an interview, AP notification, etc. It's been 15 business days since then with 4-5 holidays between.

Is there somebody who has been in a similar situation and/or knows what might cause delays in similar cases and how long does the final processing takes approximately?
