Hi folks, just passing by to see what the movements on here. Congrats to the recent approval!!

It is depressing to see how some of us are getting approved in a heart beat and others are not. I am at the end of my strength, seriously i dont know what else we could do but WAIT! However, i am happy for those who dont have to go through this. I Don't beleive there's a hell anywhere else, to me hell is all the bad we go through in live for exemple dealing with the VSC. All of them at the VSC will spent x-mas and news years with there loved ones and we will be missing ours does this make any sence? No, so this is hell to me.

Mirla, i know you are one of the sunshines on here and i thank you for your optimism but right now i don't have any. I just feel like going to the VCS and punch somebody in the face. I am angry, sad and hopeless.

Syl, I cannot believe that you haven't been approved yet or that congressional assistance has made no difference! This is utterly ridiculous! I pray that you will be approved soon!

Hey Mel.....I know you guys are going through Sentator Webbs office.....I have been on the phone all morning with the Richmond office and I sent them the breakdown of the VJ approvals and I mentioned you guys....I hope you do not mind .......I want some Congressional action here NOW......I think she is pretty sick of hearing from me....I went to the immigration office here and was turned away because they do not research pending cases.... Rude people.......I called customer service and VSC is still processing May 19......X 5 weeks so she told me to go to a local immigration office at which I laughed and told her I just got sent away from one.......then she said...."Is there anything else I can do for you"..........I can understand the thoughts of going "postal"....this is insane......then of course I got the...."thank You for calling USCIS...Have a nice day........".......augh......I hate them

Thank you guys! Lora i dont mind that you've mentioned us thanks for that. I just talked to Mel, he left here yesterday and went back to VA. He said that Senator Webb's office sent him a form that he has to fill out and send back to them. I dont know what form it is but i'll found out more later on when i call him. Sorry Syl...wrong name...I am a little beside myself today.........I know the form well....It is there standard form....Tell him to stay all over them about it.....they will try to feed you the same ####### and bull stuff but if he pushes them he can get them to have the Senator call for you.....I am not there yet so they will not have him do it....but you guys are way beyond anything they have right now......Someone has to listen to us....somewhere....somehow.........someday.......but I swear I am going to be on this for a long time even after we are finished with this......this is just outrageous......and I am outraged.......Keep you chin up....and so will I......Lora

Dont worry about the name Lora, Mel said that he will bring the form to them and he will get someone to listen. We also gone be on it even after we have finished, this is not supposed to happen. We all payed for the service and all we get is a mess, something has to be done. Homeland security a big disgrace to the great nation and they will hear about it.

I don't think I ever saw a month where it wasn't updated before the 15th.

I did get an email and touch today

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

I hope this means they are actively working on it and not using it as a placemat for their lunch.

If you are talking about in order to get packet 4 then it is the DS 230 part 1 that you rteturn in order to get packet 4 (at least that is how it is at most consulates).

The other forms you need are DS 156, DS 156K and DS 157 (if you are male -- not really sure about this, it may be consulate specific). Those are not needed until the interview.

Well my guess is if they update there website they are going to get alot of request for service.......there will be alot of petitions like ours filed the end of May first part of June that are outside of there processing time and they will have to do something about it....If they do not update it they can continue to say they are processing May 19th and tell us we are within there service times..........So do not tell me this is not intentional on there part.....It is obvious

I leave on the 3rd and returen on the 10th......through Lima.......I am not suppose to travel but I can not take it anymore..........If I do not come to see him soon I think I will Or loose my mind.......I had hoped the next trip would be for the interview but since that looks no closer to coming.....I figured I would make my emotional heart happy and ask my pacer to behave...I can see you in Lima.............Oscar is coming back with me before he returns to Arequipa........I can call you when I get there
